At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that limited edition drops and digital products are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
